The interviewer was nice. She gave me a quick tour of the office and asked me to introduce myself. Then she asked about my therapeutic methods and interventions. At the end, she mentioned that since I need visa sponsorship, she'll have to check with HR to see if that's possible and it might take a while for them to get back to me.

The interviewer first explained the role, then asked me some questions about my resume and experience, and why I thought I'd be a good fit. After that, I had to take a computer test in Microsoft Word and Excel, which I thought was pretty easy. The interview itself was nice and not stressful.
