BDR
The interview process was really fast; they appeared eager to hire immediately, though they acted like they were searching for the perfect match. The goal was to make you feel like you outperformed other candidates.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Software Engineer Intern
This was a pretty standard 2-round interview. First, I had a video chat with HR where we talked about behavioral stuff. Then, I had a technical interview with the actual engineering team. They seemed really interested in seeing if I was genuine and if I knew my OOP and DSA from my time at UNCW.
- Why did you choose to apply to Ohanafy?
- Can you discuss object-oriented programming principles?
- What are your thoughts on data structures and algorithms?
Software Engineer
It was a straightforward initial chat where I discussed the position with the recruiter and shared my background and skills. Then, I had the chance to ask questions about the company and the hiring process.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about the project you worked on (project name).
Software Engineer
It was a three-stage process. Everyone was friendly and the questions asked were not extremely difficult. I was asked to come in person for my last round of interviews. The first round was behavioral, the second was technical, and the third was another technical interview.
- Tell me about a favorite passion project you've worked on.
