I applied for the role, and it wasn't a super long process. I got through about 3-4 rounds pretty smoothly, which included a long in-person meeting at their office. Things seemed to be going well, but when they made an offer, it was for a less senior position than the one I applied for. I tried to negotiate to get it closer to what I was aiming for, but they rescinded the offer.
