First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ogden Clinic.
Coding Manager
The interview process involved a team of 4 interviewers who were very professional. They introduced themselves and their roles within the clinic. The interview took place in a comfortable boardroom setting.
- What are your long-term objectives for this role?
- How do you envision contributing to our company?
- Could you describe your skills and experience?
Certified Medical Assistant
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I interviewed with the lead MA, a provider, and the clinic manager. They were all very accommodating and didn't mind that I was wearing scrubs and coming straight from work. They provided excellent directions to the clinic and were very understanding about my situation as a working mother.
- Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult coworker.
Denial Specialist
First, I had to take a test before the actual interview. Then, the interview itself was a panel interview, though only one person actually did the interviewing. It wasn't difficult, and the panel was friendly and welcoming.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a problem with a coworker and explain how you resolved it?
- What prompted your departure from your previous employer?
Patient Experience Specialist
I applied through the company's website. About two days after submitting my resume, I got a call for an interview. I spoke with the department manager and the patient experience leader for about an hour. They offered me the job the following week.
- Can you describe your experience in customer service and medical reception?
