It started with a simple first test which was merit-based, then an interview. About 10 vacancies for which 30 to 40 people came for the interview. A panel of five interviewed. The whole process took 8 months. It went good. The structure is pure Government and has a long hierarchy. Promotion time is for years no matter what. Good salary and benefits in Pakistan.

Hiring was through NTS where I secured 1st position. After that a brief panel interview was conducted, lasting at least 30 minutes. General HR and English related questions were asked. After a week I got the letter of appointment.
