First I interviewed with Kim Valenta, the VP, who was very professional. Then I had a second interview with Jeff Lyons, who was smart and professional. The last interview was a panel with Steve Valenta (CEO), VP Kim Valenta, and Jeff Lyons. It was very informative and professional. After meeting Mr. Valenta, it's hard not to love the company.

This was a pretty long process, spanning about 2-3 months. It started with a lot of phone calls, many of which were with an outside consultant the company hired. There was also a half-day where I got to ride along with a salesperson. The process finished with several interviews at the company's office.
