Virtual Assistant
The interview was a bit impersonal. The recruiter asked me to share my screen and didn't turn on their camera. It was hard to connect or show what I can do. The assessment didn't feel like it really tested my skills.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Data Analyst
The interview process was nice and smooth. The HR was very accommodating and the final interview was also smooth. There is no assessment, but technical questions will be asked during the final interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Customer Service Representative
The first interview was pretty relaxed. If you haven't worked in a BPO or Call Center before, they'll just ask you 3 things: how you'd deal with conflict with coworkers, how you manage stress, and what you'd do if a customer was really angry. Make sure to organize your thoughts and don't rush your answers. If you have prior experience, they'll ask more about your work history.
- How do you deal with pressure?
Email Support Specialist
First, there was this take-home assessment with four parts. The first part was about describing some art and its value. Then, a customer problem about high internet data usage needed an email to the tech team. The third part asked for my thoughts on colonizing Mars. The last part was about some measurements and fitting a box through a door. After that, another assessment checked for color blindness, English skills like proofreading, and Excel knowledge. Finally, I had an interview with a managing director where we talked about my past work experience, like how I'd be different from my previous jobs and my reasons for pausing my studies. Then I got the offer.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want to join our company?
- What are you good at and what are you not so good at?
