The interview was conducted online via Zoom due to the start of the pandemic in 2020. As it was for an internship, there was only one round of interviews. The interviewer was quite kind and understanding.

I handed over my resume at a career fair and they got in touch within a few days. I spoke with the Office HR Manager about my experience and office culture. Then I met with the Project Manager who asked me a lot of behavioral and what-if questions. After that, I chatted with the Technical Lead about conceptual things like how I'd structure a program and what languages/resources I'd pick. Finally, I had a conversational chat with the Department Manager about the agency's mission.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The interview was pretty standard, no curveballs.
  • Nothing exceptionally hard or surprising.
