The interview process was pretty standard and done over Zoom. They asked about my experience and my knowledge of the skills and duties for the job. I had three interviews in total, with about 3-4 interviewers across them.

I declined to go to the second interview because I accepted another job offer. The interviewers were interested in how my previous experience would fit at OMB. There were 3 interviewers, all women. I noticed that this place is not multicultural at all, with a very low proportion of Black and Hispanic individuals, and a high majority of white women and men. This was surprising considering this office should be a leader in representing the cultural diversity of U.S. agencies.

So there were two rounds for the interview. First one was a phone call and the second was over Zoom. They were a few days apart. Pretty much the whole team was there for both interviews which was cool to get a feel for the team culture. They asked me some typical interview questions and I got to ask them a bunch of questions too. I got offered the job not long after.
