After filling out an online application with competency and economic questions, I was invited to interview in Newport, Wales. The interview lasted about an hour and included both economic and competency-based questions. Finally, I had to complete a maths test to finish the process.

The interview process was quite long and involved a lot of testing, which is expected for an entry-level position. However, the interview focused on theoretical questions that are purely academic and don't really apply to the actual job. Even though I have a first-class degree and knew some answers, it felt a bit strange to be asked so many theory questions. It makes you wonder why they even look at qualifications.
