Behavioral

Had a phone interview with 2 Technical Support Supervisors. It was a pretty basic and standard behavioral interview. They seemed to just want to confirm that I could show up, knew how to use a computer, and could learn their software. It felt like they just needed to fill open positions quickly.

I brought my resume to HR. They had me fill out an application and explained the job basics. Then I had a second interview with the site and tech managers, which was the hardest. They asked about my past experience and for examples of when I handled situations. They also gave more details about the job. A final, more relaxed interview with some senior techs followed, just to get to know me. They offered me the job the next day and asked me to come in to complete hiring paperwork. It took a lot of visits within a single week. I started two weeks after that.

I went through three interviews. The first was a general getting-to-know-you chat. Then there was a technical interview with some pretty easy questions. Finally, I had a cultural fit interview with the team I'd be joining. They haven't let me know if I got the job yet after all three.

After you apply, they'll reach out. First, you'll fill out an application and then take a typing test. If you pass that, you'll have an interview with three people – two in person and one joining by phone.
