I talked to a recruiter first, then interviewed with some people on the team, including my future manager. The first couple interviews were on Zoom, and then they had me come in person for the rest. The whole thing took about a month.

I had a Zoom interview with the General Counsel, and then an on-site interview with the GC, COO, CEO, and Head of HR. The follow-up communication from the company was pretty weak. For a C-suite role, they should really stay in better touch. I had to reach out myself, and they said an email was sent that I must have missed.

The whole interview process usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the initial phone call to finishing your IQ test, drug test, and getting set up for training. The downside is that the training isn't specific to your actual role but rather an overview of the store's history. You also get trained in various different positions, so you don't really learn your specific job until you start working at your assigned store, and that's only if you're fortunate enough to find someone to assist you.

It was informal and quick, not very genuine. They mostly cared about getting someone to work hard to generate more money. They didn't seem to care much about who they hired as long as they worked hard.
