First, you send in your resume and a cover letter. Then, you have to answer about five to seven questions in writing. After that, there's a short fifteen minute phone call. The next step is an in-person interview at the office. Finally, you'll need to do some online data entry and tests in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Behavioral Other

I sent in my application online. First, there was a quick phone call, and then I got a short-answer questionnaire to fill out, which I could do on my own time and without pay. After that, I had a second set of interviews with three different managers, all happening one after the other for about two hours.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a quick 15 minute phone screen, and then we had a really long video interview that was about 1-2 hours. It wasn't super hard, but you should get ready to share lots of customer service stories and show how much you love travel.
