I was asked some questions and gave my answers. The person on the phone seemed satisfied because they said they'd call me back about the background and drug testing info. It took a month before I followed up to ask about the info that was supposed to be sent to get started. I can only say it became a loop for the last 3 months. I ended up not contacting them again because of how unprofessional their communication was. I checked back to see if the position was still up on the website, but it wasn't. Instead of having me go in circles for months and actually telling me if I got the job or not, they just wasted my time and effort.

Since I was already known from the program, I met with the HR Manager and the Marketing Manager. Although I wasn't hired for that role, they suggested I'd be a great fit for admissions/sales. Even though sales isn't my favorite, this role involved working directly with new clients and helping people start their recovery journey. The pay was a significant cut from my previous job, but my passion for helping others made me take the chance. At the time, we did get bonuses for certain clients, but that later changed.

I interviewed with two middle managers. It was a fair and friendly interview. Walking into the house was a little intimidating and I had to wait. It wasn't too hard, and I was offered the job the same day.

Basically you sit with the facility manager and they ask you regular interview questions. They wanted to know about your strengths, weaknesses, background, and some scenario questions. The main thing they were trying to figure out was if you could handle stress in a really chaotic job.
