I had a two part phone interview process. First, I spoke with the department team, which was a panel of about 3-4 people, including management and the education departments. Then, I had a separate call with HR. Finally, HR called me with the offer.

The whole thing took about 2 hours. First, I chatted with HR, then with the accounting managers. They asked a bunch of questions. Honestly, the process felt way too long and dragged out for no good reason. It was also kind of unprofessional because some people who were supposed to be there either showed up late or didn't show up at all.
