It was online first, then I had a meeting with the team leader, then the sales director. Easy and smooth. No need for a diploma. Mostly online interviews but if you are in dubai they will ask you to visit the office. They have shuttles from different locations.

The interview process was good, and the interviewer was polite and knowledgeable. I was selected for the role, but I ultimately declined the offer because the company required me to sign a substantial bond, which I was not comfortable with. Therefore, I did not join the company.

The interview process was pretty unprofessional. It got postponed just a few hours before it was supposed to happen. Even after rescheduling, the interviewers seemed unprepared. Some joined late, and others didn't even know about my background. I had to repeat myself a lot. It felt like they weren't ready or hadn't done this before. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and says a lot about the company.
