I got an interview through a referral. On the first day, they didn't call me during the window I requested. Emailed them immediately to reschedule. With the reply, they said they tried calling me twice, with the calls going to voicemail (they did not). The interview was fine. When they sent the rejection email, they addressed me with the incorrect name.

I applied online and heard back pretty fast for a chat with someone from HR. After that, there were two more interviews. The first one was kind of analytical, where I had to look at some graphs and work through a case study. The second one was more hands-on with the software, involving another case study where I had to fix a problem using the actual tool. It was nice because both the HR person and the interviewers were really friendly, and doing it all online was super convenient.
