The interview experience was good. It began with an aptitude test. After that, a group discussion was held, followed by onsite interviews. The onsite part included two technical interviews and one HR interview, all on the same day. Then there was a background check and an offer.

After a campus presentation, I had the option to choose between a developer or testing engineer role. I opted for testing. The first round had three sections: quant (relationships, time & work, age), math (permutation & combination, probability, puzzles), and C language flowchart problems. The second round was a website debugging task where I had to find bugs in a room booking website, checking aspects like logout functionality and data display. The third round was a technical/HR mix, asking standard HR questions like 'why Odessa' and 'what do you know about Odessa' (from the presentation), 'why engineering', and 'why IT' (since I was from a non-IT branch). Technical questions covered the definition and types of testing, specifically black box and white box. The fourth round involved basic domain-specific questions depending on my branch (definitions, formulas, etc.). The fifth and final HR round was the longest, acting as a stress interview with out-of-the-box questions, normal HR queries, and topics about the company and leasing, primarily to assess fluency and stress management.

Interview had 7 rounds. Day 1 was on campus with 2 rounds: an online aptitude test and finding bugs in a web app. Day 2 was also on campus with 3 rounds: a technical interview with questions from my department (I had about 100 questions from eee), another technical interview where I was asked to write test cases for a coffee vending machine and Google sign up, and then a general HR round with basic questions about family and why I'm interested in the company. Day 3 was at the Bangalore office and had 1 final round: a panel interview that was fully technical, focusing on basic testing concepts.
