Behavioral Presentation

So, there were two rounds of interviews in total. It was pretty straightforward, not too difficult. We had a good conversation about what the role entails. They asked me some questions about the company, the specific job, and my skills. The second interview was with the department head, and it was focused on behavioral aspects.

Behavioral

The interview process began with a chat with the recruitment manager, which was mainly about the company, the job, and contract/salary details. Standard stuff. After that, I had an interview with the Analytics Manager to discuss our experiences and the role's expectations since it's a small team. There was supposed to be a third step, but I got ghosted after the first interview. The manager first said they were sick and busy, so it would take time to get back to me, but then they just stopped replying even though I messaged them over a few weeks. It's weird because the second interview seemed to go well; it went 30 minutes over the scheduled time, and the interviewer was nice and seemed really into our conversation.

Behavioral Technical

It was more of a conversation than a traditional interview. The interviewer was friendly and professional, and the role seems interesting. It lasted almost an hour. For an apprenticeship/internship, there were only 2-3 technical questions, nothing more.
