Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was quite thorough, starting with HR screening, then the hiring manager, followed by primary stakeholders and an executive. The final stage involved a case study presentation. Although it was a comprehensive process, they managed to keep things moving, completing all rounds within 5-6 weeks. HR maintained excellent communication throughout. The case study was particularly challenging and extensive, arguably the most demanding I've encountered.

Had an onsite interview with the manager. They asked basic questions about my background, discussed available positions for my profile, and described the process. After that, they were supposed to send a HackerRank test, and then an interview with the PM for each project. I got ghosted after the first interview, never got the test, and felt like they didn't care much about candidates. The interviewer was late and spent a lot of time on the phone.

I had the first call with the recruiter and they said I was the best candidate they'd seen so far, but then it went downhill. My next call was with the hiring manager, scheduled for only 30 minutes, which I felt wasn't enough time. The questions were pretty weak and didn't really challenge me, mostly basic competency stuff. I answered thoroughly and even tried to elaborate, but they weren't difficult. I only had about 3 minutes left at the end to ask my own questions. The hiring manager had to cut it short because of another commitment. They said I'd get feedback within 2 days, but I never did. They mentioned it would be a two-way conversation, but it wasn't. Knowing this upfront would have saved me time.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by three 30-minute video calls with hiring managers. After that, I had to submit a case study. The final round involved another three 30-minute video calls with different hiring managers. Even though I didn't get an offer, I really liked the process because it helped me understand the job better, meet potential colleagues, and learn more about the company's goals. Everyone I talked to was really nice and approachable, which I think reflects the thoroughness of the interviews. The recruitment director was also great at setting expectations from the start, being transparent, and sticking to the schedule, which made me feel my time was respected.
