The interview experience was average, not great but not terrible either. The interviewer seemed a bit disengaged. I had to travel for this interview, and honestly, it felt like it wasn't really worth the trip.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty easygoing and felt like a chat. It began with some general questions about my past work and experience, then we got into stuff more specific to the job. They also asked a few questions about how I've handled difficulties before. The people interviewing me were professional and approachable, making the whole conversation feel natural.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great with Octopus! I met multiple people from the business who provided information about the role and the culture of the business at the same time as completed structured interview type questions. I received follow up emails after every interview from Charlotte to ask how I felt the interview had gone, if I had any more questions and explaining the next steps/time frames. This was a really nice personal touch. Overall, it was a really positive experience and a really welcoming environment which focused on ensuring that the role/business was right for me and not just that I was the right fit for them.
