HR screening to discuss my interest in the role. Not really technical questions. I don't think I really showed my interest in the position. I maybe asked too many technical questions that were not for HR but friendly.

Technical Case Presentation

We had a few rounds of interviews with the hiring team and other teams that support them. It was a mix of online and in-person interviews. We also had to do a case study and present it. The whole process felt a bit unorganized since they don't have an HR department. It was tough to figure out who was actually making the hiring decisions.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

It was an efficient and organized process. All interviews were conducted via video calls. The interviews were friendly and focused on motivations and relevant past experiences. There was a case study to test technical skills, followed by a presentation and Q&A. After receiving an offer, I was invited to visit the office and meet the team. Overall, it was a very good experience, especially since all the interviews were online.
