Behavioral Presentation

First a call with the recruitment agency, then a second video interview with someone from the department and an HR person. The third and final interview was in the company's great offices. I really liked these discussions, the interviewers were kind and the expectations for the role were clearly stated. The employees' interest in their company is genuine. This is reflected in their words and it's reassuring. The recruitment process timelines were announced from the start and they were respected!

The interview process started with an initial video call with two people, which was pretty standard. A few days later, I got a response inviting me for a second interview, lasting 1.5 hours, at their office. After a tour and a chat with someone currently working in the role I applied for, the interview continued in a small room with two more interviewers. They went into more detail about the job and gave me several simulations, like drafting an email and responding to a client scenario. I received the final decision four days later, via a personalized email that included some feedback, more or less constructive.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My future manager welcomed me and gave me a tour of the teams and premises. Then, the interview began with him and a recruiter. First, we introduced ourselves (they went first, then me). Next, we had a Q&A to understand our respective expectations, motivations, and values. This was followed by project simulations related to the job's activities, to ensure the candidate was well-informed and committed to working at OCTOPUS ENERGY. The recruiters then asked if I had any questions. Finally, they presented the salary package, benefits, working hours, and team organization. The interview concluded with a brief walk-out, and I was informed of the outcome quickly by phone.
