Behavioral Technical Case

The application was professionally appropriate and straightforward, for example, without an extensive cover letter. The first get-to-know-you meeting was very natural, without a standard question catalog, but with genuine interest in the person and their professional background. The subsequent DS case and the team get-to-know-you session clearly showed that a professional, motivational, and personal match between you and the team is important, which I found to be well-balanced.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, a chat with a Talent Partner to see if you're a good fit. Then, a coding and applied microeconomics take-home test. After that, a Google Meet with two team members to chat about the test and other stuff like economics and personality stuff. Your Talent Partner will keep you in the loop and give you feedback the whole way. Big thanks to Ruth Barker for being so chill and communicative, made Octopus feel super welcoming.
