The interview process spanned 2-3 months and involved two main stages. First, there was an HR call to assess basic fit, covering aspects like location, salary expectations, and relevant background experience. This was followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. After completing both stages, a contract was offered. The overall timeline was extended, possibly due to the HR department being very busy or as part of their standard procedure.

It was a phone chat with a few people, and they asked the usual stuff like what are your strengths and weaknesses, asked me to explain past experiences, and to talk about difficult employers I've had.

Had an interview with the hiring manager. It went silent for about 2.5 weeks and then they called me rushing me to accept an offer while on the phone with her. She wasn't very friendly and the job required me to travel with her for 5 weeks. I wasn't really into it. The pay was $10 an hour as a college grad which was less than I was making at my current event gig. The comp made the whole job smell fishy.
