Cleaner
The interview was very accommodating. I had trouble finding where to go and did arrive to the interview late, Nancy, the person taking my interview was more than understanding and helped me find where to go. The interview lasted maybe 35 minutes in total, but most of that time was just spent chatting and getting to know one another after the standard interview stuff.
- Tell me about your previous cleaning experience.
CTSO
I recently had a meeting with a regional manager where we took the time to thoroughly review my CV. During our discussion, the manager asked me to clarify certain points to ensure my experience and skills were accurately represented. Additionally, they posed a series of scenario-based questions designed to explore my capabilities and to highlight skills that could be applied across different roles and situations, demonstrating my versatility and adaptability.
- Can you describe a time you had to deal with confrontation?
Category Manager
Had a phone call followed by a face-to-face meeting in Ipswich with the Head of Procurement and Procurement system program manager. The discussion was quite open, involving Q&A about planning a category and fleet experience. At the end, I was told the next step was an online Excel test. They mentioned they'd been looking since New Year, which seemed like a red flag. Never heard back after that.
- Can you describe a time you planned a category and what that involved?
Intern
I went through a Hirevue style interview. It was set up with videos where current employees asked me specific questions. The questions were a mix of casing and behavioral. The first round involved casing, which wasn't too difficult. They asked me to consider if a Western European clothing line should expand to Eastern Europe, taking their financial situation into account.
- What is the market size for XYZ clothing line?
- How would you analyze the expansion of a clothing line from Western Europe to Eastern Europe, considering their financial situation?
