There were 2 interviews which depended on the level, then a medical test. After that, I met with Senior Management. Then I got an offer letter and confirmation of appointment letter. The bank was closed down in 2007-2008 by the central bank of Nigeria and was bought over by Ecobank.

Got the heads-up from an old colleague. First up was a 1-on-1 chat, went great, so they set me up for another. Second interview, also 1-on-1. Then, a panel interview with five people. Things were looking good, but then they hit me with some wild demands, like needing to bring in an insane amount of deposits. Seriously, if you're in one of those panel interviews, maybe don't be so straightforward about everything.
