The hiring process here is pretty chill since it's a restaurant. If you've got experience, they'll usually hire you for the right gig, depending on how much experience you have and what fits best.
- What are your available working hours?
Coordinator
So you meet with all the managers for this Lead Coordinator role, and honestly, they were all really nice and welcoming. The whole thing took about an hour. If you're really keen on the job, I'd say it's a good idea to give them a call or even pop in to make sure they know you're serious about it.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your background?
- What are some of your defining personal qualities?
- What makes you want to apply for this position?
Brand Marketing Manager
The interview started with a preliminary discussion about the position. The office environment wasn't professional, with a rough location, limited parking, and untidy facilities including dirty floors and poorly maintained stairs. The initial greeter lacked professionalism in attire and demeanor, wearing a very low-cut shirt. The interviewer seemed rushed, annoyed, and unprofessional. Despite being offered a chance to proceed, I declined due to the overall negative experience.
- Could you describe what you are seeking?
- Can you share your experience managing people?

The hiring manager made me wait for an hour before coming out to speak to me. The fact I waited that long was pretty insulting considering I had an appointment. The general manager completely blew me off. He acted like he didn't really care what I had to say.
- What do you think is the most crucial aspect of the restaurant business?
