Case Presentation

The interview process was chaotic because the interviewers lacked relevant backgrounds and seemed unsure about the steps. Emails went unanswered, and no feedback was provided on the outcomes. The case study was challenging and required significant effort to complete the report.

It took four hours of my time on a Friday and they never followed up. There were several rounds with many different people involved – some were nice, some were clearly trying to throw you off.

I interviewed with Ocean Media, a really vibrant company, and had a fantastic time. The process began with a recruiter call to review my background and confirm my fit for the role. Then, I had a phone interview with my potential manager to dive deeper into the position, the company culture, and what I could contribute. The final stage was an in-person interview. I first met with HR, who was incredibly welcoming, gave me a tour of their impressive office, and detailed their exceptional benefits. Afterward, I met with my direct manager, where I was given an assessment involving data analysis, followed by a discussion about my findings and their implications for the company. It was a genuinely enjoyable experience meeting everyone, and I was very enthusiastic about the opportunity.
