Customer Service Representative
It was a good interview session and the interviewer was very interactive. They showed me how real customers might act and how a customer service rep should respond in those situations. It was very helpful.
- What's your approach to managing an upset customer?
Customer Service Representative
So the interview process was like a phone call screening, then a virtual interview, then an online test, and after that an in-office interview with HR. I think that was it, because I didn't get the offer, so I'm not sure what happens next, sorry.
- Reason for leaving your previous job?
Customer Service Representative
It was good. The interviewers were relaxed and asked a lot of questions that were relevant to the job. The whole process went smoothly. We talked about real-life situations and how to handle them. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
