It was a smooth three-part interview process. First with HR, then the hiring manager, and finally the head of the department. Everything was very efficient, and they made sure to communicate the expectations clearly. They asked some really thought-provoking questions too. The interviewers were all very professional and supportive, which made the whole experience feel engaging, fair, and respectful.

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked typical questions about my experience, like my strengths and weaknesses, if I had worked on similar projects before, and how I handle working in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes an HR person would join the interviewer. There was also a peer interview to check team compatibility.
