Associate
The process kicked off with a self-recorded video interview and concluded with a group panel interview featuring division heads. It was pretty standard and as expected. The whole thing took about a month and honestly, it felt like one of the easier interview processes I've encountered.
- Could you tell me why you are interested in OCBC?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Associate Director
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked about my strategies for finding new clients. There were 2 rounds, and I also had to do a standard credit test to assess client financial health. The HR part was a bit slow though.
- What are the most important elements when building a new relationship with potential clients?
