Behavioral Technical

2 virtual interviews. The first one was informative, and the second one was more technical with an area manager. In the first one with HR, they explained what the position was about and tried to filter candidates. In the second interview, they asked about your experience and what proficiency you had with the tools they requested.

The interview process was really long. A lot of time passed between each interview. They don't give quick answers, months went by and they never contacted me again to let me know if there were any updates. It takes them a whole week to reply to a message.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

What a terrible process. Halfway through the interviews, they change the position and tasks, and they don't answer questions about the role. A disaster! If this is how they treat future employees, I can only imagine what it's like to work there. Watch out because they also change the salary and benefits (which are non-existent).

Group Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite disorganized. The job posting information didn't align with what the consulting firm presented in a group interview (which wasn't disclosed beforehand) and then with the actual company interview. During the virtual interview, it seemed like they weren't paying attention; they asked standard questions, and when I started answering, I could see them typing in a way that didn't seem synchronized with my speech, as if to fake note-taking. Their eye-rolling and facial expressions (smiles, mouth movements) clearly indicated they were reading something else.
