First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Obviously.
Talent Manager
The interview process was pretty average. There were three rounds, and in the end, they decided to go with another candidate. Usual questions like 'tell me about a time something happened and how you handled it' were asked.
- How do you manage your organization while working remotely?
Client Success Manager
I talked to someone from the CS team first, and then I met with some of the execs. Both talks were pretty casual and they seemed interested in hearing about my past experience.
- Can you tell me about your background in influencer marketing?
Client Success Associate
It was a really smooth and fast process. There weren't many rounds, and the interviewers were all very pleasant and approachable. The questions asked were quite direct and simple. Make sure you're ready to talk about your past experiences and give examples.
- What are your future aspirations
Account Manager
Even though I didn't get the job, I really liked interviewing with Obviously. Jordyn, the recruiter, was super nice from the beginning. The role turned out not to be available, but they made me feel valued the whole time. Great job to the hiring folks!
- What three characteristics would you contribute to the team?
