first there will be a group discussion round then there will be a face to face round with HR manager then there will a round with the restaurant manager then after getting cleared the last round will be with the Gm or the hotel manager

The process started with a written test that was designed to assess not just my skills but also my problem-solving abilities. Then, the HR round was a great chance to connect personally, where we talked about my career goals and I learned about the lively culture at OBEROI. It felt like a good opportunity to see if my aspirations matched the company's values. The final part was an interview with the Head of the Kolkata branch, which was a highlight. Discussing the hotel's vision and what they expect really made me more excited about joining the team.

It had 4 interview rounds. First, the L&D round, then an HR round, followed by 2 HOD rounds, and finally a GM round. Overall, it was a pretty decent process. The L&D and HR interviewers assessed communication skills and general knowledge. The HOD focused on technical aspects, while the GM evaluated overall personality for the desired role.

They gave an outstanding presentation, and soon after the pre-placement talk, they conducted our GI. Since I knew their interview process, this one was quite different. I applied for Food and Beverage Associate, or you can say OCER/OCLD. The first thing they asked us to do is to introduce ourselves. Soon after the introduction, there was a kind of rapid round where they were asking spontaneous questions. Like from me, they asked where I hailed from and then told me to describe Delhi and then told me to speak on Arvind Kejriwal for 30 seconds. Second, they asked about technicals/knowledge... it hardly took 4 minutes.
