I applied online and they got back to me fast. The interview was also pretty simple, mostly asking about my past work and school stuff. They called back with an offer soon after, but I couldn't take it because I was already committed to something else.

it was a very thorough interview, a panel of 3 asked practical questions to check if I was a good fit for the job, but they didn't go into much detail about pay, overtime, or other specific work expectations. Overall, it felt like they were asking more questions than I got to ask.

Found the job on Craigslist. Got a call for an interview. It was a panel of 3 people. They asked a lot of basic questions about my engineering, estimating, and construction experience. About 3 days later, they called with a job offer. A week after that, they mailed the official offer to my house.
