I applied online and got an email the next day about interview rounds. I replied to that email with my name, job title and a time for an interview that works for me. I went to be interviewed and the person conducting the interview didn't go by the time* instead it was by who was seated first and who goes next. Overall it was a great experience. I felt confident that it went well and it did.

The interview was great, the interviewee and I had a lot in common. She understood my capabilities and how I could contribute to making Oasis a more enjoyable place. There were many smiles and a comfortable atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and alleviate any tension. I genuinely had an excellent time during the interview; it felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.
