It was a really bad experience for me, both as someone who works in this field and as a candidate. The recruiter was quite unpleasant and didn't seem interested in what I had to say about my background. It felt like she was just trying to get rid of me. Very disappointing overall. Plus, there was no follow-up after the interview.

The interview process was super smooth, and they asked really general questions. First up was a phone interview where they asked simple stuff about my education. Then, I had an in-person interview, and the interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable.

There were just 2 interviews, one over the phone and one in person. The phone interview was with HR and it was to get a general idea of my background and why I was interested in the role with the Raiders. The in-person interview was more focused on the Raiders, going into more detail about the position and whether I felt equipped to manage the challenges that come with it. After that, I got an email about whether I was accepted or not a few days later.
