Marketing
The interview process was pretty standard and everyone was super pleasant. But I thought it was weird how my would-be manager said that they believed I would be "bored" based upon my experience when I was actually super excited about the position.
- Can you describe a stressful situation and how you navigated it?
Graphic Designer
So I had three interviews in total. First, I spoke with HR, and then I had a chat with the Senior Graphic Designer. There weren't any tests or anything, just questions about my past work and experience.
- What's your approach to receiving and acting on feedback?
Data Engineer
Had a phone call with the hiring manager, then was sent a SQL problem set and a general baseball questionnaire. Took a few months to hear back that I didn't move on.
- What makes you want to work in baseball?
Ticket Intern
This was for a ticket sales or service internship with the As. The interview process was about a day on the phone and then the second step was a recorded video. If you passed both then you would speak to a live person.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your interests in this position?
- Why are you interested in the As?
