I got an internal referral, which connected me with the hiring manager via email. We went back and forth over email, and then set up a phone call. The second interview was with the team I'd be joining. Pretty soon after that, I got the job offer, but I asked if I could be flown out to see the venue. After I was flown out and saw the venue, I accepted the job right then and there.

Everything moved super fast. First, I had a quick 15-minute chat over Teams with the hiring manager to see if it was a good fit. Then, just a day or two later, I got invited to a second 20-minute interview with the manager's boss, also on Teams. They asked me to send over my creative portfolio. After that, I got the internship offer within three days.

The interview process was easy and straightforward. I went through two interviews and was expecting a final one. However, the final interview got cancelled and they said they would reschedule it. They never got back to me to reschedule, and when I reached out, they informed me the role had been filled. They seemed unprofessional and unorganized.

We had two rounds for the interview process. The first round was a Zoom interview with my supervisor and a colleague. Then, the second round was an in-person interview with the same people, which also included a tour of the facility. After the second round, I was offered the job over the phone. However, the salary offered was $10k less than I was hoping for, and the supervisor could only increase it by $2k.
