It was a phone interview with a few members of the interdisciplinary team that I would be working with. They asked some common interview questions as well as some more specific situational questions. However, I did get offered the job just a day after the interview, which I thought was very soon.

After I showed interest, an interview was quickly arranged. It involved a computer test for personality and integrity, followed by a logic/intelligence test (which was pretty fun!). Then I had to fill out a short paper application since they only had my resume before. After that, there was a 3-person panel interview, and we finished with a facility tour. The whole thing took about two hours, but it was pretty relaxed and enjoyable. The interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to.

I had a general screening with HR, then an assessment that tested my personality and asked general questions about history, art, and math. It took over 75 minutes to finish. After that, I had an in-person interview. The questions were pretty weird during the interview. I was also interviewing with 3 people, but 2 of them were on a conference call, so it was tough to communicate with everyone in the room. I spent over an hour interviewing at the location (which wasn't even the one for the job). In total, I probably spent 4+ hours interviewing with this company, and they didn't even have the courtesy to send a rejection email; they just ghosted me. It was completely unprofessional and really shows what kind of company they are.

First, there was a phone interview, then a 90-minute assessment that wasn't really related to the job itself, covering logic, language, and then engineering, maintenance, and management. After that, there was an in-person interview with about 4 executives where standard interview questions were asked.
