Had a Zoom meeting and then did two back-to-back one-hour deep tissue massages. They had pay and benefit info ready to go and communicated well. I still need to do the practical part of the interview.

The interview process was great. It usually involved two practical assessments after a verbal interview. I performed practicals on the owner and a tier 3 therapist. They even covered the costs for these practicals, showing they really value applicants' time.

I reached out and spoke with the owner who was present at the location. I expressed my interest in a part-time massage therapist role. We then arranged an interview for a mutually available time. The interview involved a 15-minute conversation about my professional background and education in massage therapy. The owner also explained the company and the duties associated with the position. Following this discussion, I performed a 30-minute neck and shoulder massage on him. Subsequently, a second interview was scheduled, which included a 60-minute full-body deep tissue massage. After the second interview, I received a job offer and we agreed upon my working hours. Oak Haven sometimes provides a sign-on bonus of $1,000.
