The interview process involved three rounds. Round 1 was a profile discussion, Round 2 was a presentation, and Round 3 was a technical round. The profile discussion focused heavily on implementation details and Supply chain Concepts. The presentation round felt like a college presentation, where every word I said was scrutinized. The technical round tested my in-depth understanding of Supply chain concepts.

Behavioral

I had one interview with the recruiter that was 40 minutes long. The interviewer spent the first 10 minutes talking about the company, and the remaining 30 minutes I spent answering a single question about my previous implementations. There were no follow-up questions, and it wasn't conversational. Given my 15+ years of experience, the open-ended nature of the question was challenging, making it unclear which implementations to discuss. I was also concerned about spending a lot of time repeating my resume. While I should have asked for clarification, the question seemed inexperienced or poorly thought out, possibly intentionally.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had three rounds. First was a call with HR to discuss the role and company and see if my profile matched the job requirements. Then, a call with the Manager to assess my subject knowledge and experience with scenario-based questions. Finally, a technical round with technical questions related to the profile. Although I passed all rounds, they ultimately stated they weren't hiring anyone for the role and were closing it, which I found very unprofessional given I took three days off to interview and prepare. They reviewed my profile completely and conducted three rounds only to realize the job description didn't match my profile, despite me highlighting this to HR at the beginning, and them saying it was okay. The interview process itself felt very unstructured.
