Technical Consultant
Started with an online assessment, then had a technical interview with a Sr consultant. After that, a second technical interview with the Hiring manager which was more in depth. Then an interview with the VP, followed by HR for salary negotiation.
- Mostly SQL related problems and 1 algorithm problem
Functional Consultant
The interview process was good. They mostly check your problem solving skills and basics of SQL. If you have knowledge of supply chain it will be an edge for you. They asked questions related to extra curricular activities, a case study, and basics of SQL.

- Explain the Profit and Loss concept.
Senior Consultant
After applying, I went through three interview rounds within two weeks, with about a week separating each. A consultant was my first interviewer, then the hiring manager, and finally a director for the last one. The interviews were tough, covering supply chain planning, analytics, and digital transformation, and mostly focused on my past experience, technical abilities, and solving case studies.
- Could you explain what demand planning entails, outline the methodologies and steps involved, and describe the forecasting models used? Additionally, share an example of how you've leveraged these in a past role to achieve significant results.
