I had a bad interview with O3 World for a Project Manager role. I was dealing with my mom dying, but I told them I was still available. They didn't move forward with me because I used 'ans' instead of 'and' in a sentence. I think this was unfair given my situation. It made me think badly of O3 World and their culture. Companies should be more understanding. I want to warn others.

I was really impressed with how professional and thorough the interview process was. I even got to meet with the CEO towards the end, which was great to connect with leadership. The best part was the detailed feedback HR gave me, and they said I could stay in touch about future job openings.

The interview process was great from start to finish. The team at O3 is phenomenally talented and friendly and the CEO is future forward in his thinking. I expect to see this agency grow to great heights. After a coding test and a phone screening, I was invited onsite for a 5 hour interview process. They take the interviewing process very seriously and seek only to hire individuals that are a perfect fit for the agency long term.

It was a really thorough process. I got to chat with the people I'd be working with, which was great for understanding their views on the job. All my questions got answered, and that really helped me decide to take the offer.
