10 people will interview you and then you'll take a personality test. Finally, the President will talk to you after you wait in a room for 2 hours. I think they like to see how desperate you are. Nobody seems interested, just checking a box. If you get the job, they will send an offer letter a good 30% below market. No negotiation.

The interview process was really long, like 6 weeks or maybe more. I think I talked to about 8 different people. It started with HR, then a testing round, and I interviewed with the Assistant Plant Manager and another Senior Manager. After waiting a couple of weeks, I had interviews with the Plant Manager and someone above him. The final step was an interview with the President, and I had to wait over an hour for that one. Everything seemed to go well, but I eventually got a letter saying I wasn't a good fit from the HR Manager. Good thing I already had a job.

It was a four step process. First, I spoke with the recruiter. Then, I had an interview with the Human Resource Manager, followed by an interview with the Sr. Business Manager, and finally with the President. Every step went really well. They also gave me a personality assessment, which they explained thoroughly, and an Excel assessment.

The interview process was very lengthy, involving multiple interviews. The main interviewer's English was not very good, and they appeared disengaged and uninterested. They also seemed technically weak, unable to answer my questions about the company's platforms and procedures.
