First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at O'Neal Steel.
Manager
It was a really thorough interview process. We went through a few rounds, starting with a technical interview and then moving on to a behavioral one. I had a great time chatting and felt like the management team knew exactly what they were looking for.
- Can you share your motivation for joining the company?
Software Engineer
It was a pretty standard interview process. I applied and then had a few interviews before they gave me an offer. We started with a phone screen, then I had an on-site interview with the hiring manager. The last interview was with the hiring manager and some other team members.
- Can you explain the different meanings of the syntax being used?
Sales Representative
The interview was handled by an external recruiter, not someone from the company. The person interviewing me was friendly but lacked detailed knowledge about the specific role. The conversation was brief and direct.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for O'Steel
Machine Operator
The interview process was a bit long, including a math test, but it went well. A few days later, there was a background check and drug screen. In the end, everything worked out and it's a great place to work with great people.
- Can you tell me about your previous years of experience?
