Behavioral Presentation

It was a three step interview process, they were thorough and answered all of my questions. The first interview was short and simple. It gave me the opportunity to learn the basics, and get my initial questions answered so I could know whether I wanted to pursue the position. The second round was much more in depth, they outline the the job duties in detail and explained the opportunists I would have. The third round gave me the opportunity to meet with the manager/owner for any last questions or concerns.

So first they called me to see if I wanted to interview for this customer service rep job. When I got there, there were like 10 other people interviewing. The interviewer made it seem like this place trains you to sell and become a manager and then gives you your own territory. It's commission only, no wage. Honestly, if they had been upfront about this from the start, I wouldn't have taken the interview. They did ask me to come back for a second interview, but I said no.

I'd heard mixed reviews, but wanted to form my own opinion. When I arrived, the staff was really welcoming and made me feel at ease. We chatted about my day-to-day tasks in the marketing position. I was really engaged, and appreciated that the hiring director took the time to get to know me. They're flexible with hours and the pay is great.

Behavioral

It was a laid back, easy going interview. They asked a few questions about my previous job and why I wanted to leave that job for a new one. I felt the interviewer was selling himself more than I was trying to sell myself to them. It's mainly a commission paid job to advance to a management position and have people working under you. As soon as I realized that, I knew this was not for me.
