The recruiter was great, keeping me updated and being super friendly. The interviews were similar, with everyone being really nice and personable. I actually enjoyed them! They didn't use Leetcode-style problems, opting instead for a mix of technical questions and conversational topics. It was great chatting with the team, making it one of the best interview experiences I've had in a while. Even though I decided to stay put, Nymbus was awesome through the whole thing.

Honestly, one of the best if not the BEST interview processes with any IT company I've had in my 4 years as a developer. Things moved really quick, even though there were 4 interviews in total it took about 2 weeks to proceed through them and each one of the interviewers were a delight to work with: From the initial phone screening call with the recruiter up to the final interview, all of Nimbus employees were really nice and supportive. At all times I got this great feeling of Nymbus making sure its employees feel welcomed and that the company is big on their employees growth and collaboration.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and after a phone screen, I had a manager interview, followed by a technical interview, and then an offer. The whole thing wrapped up in under three weeks. Communication was great throughout, and the interviews were thorough without being overly tricky or testing random skills. I felt well-prepared going in.

The scheduling and communications were frustrating. I had four interviews over about a month. Communication was intermittent between meetings, mostly just for scheduling. They didn't offer me a position, and never told me, which is fine, but I expected better than being ghosted after interviewing with four C-suite members.
