This interview process was not enjoyable. I felt like I was grilled with questions, unlike previous interviews. They asked a lot of similar questions without follow-ups or engaging with my responses. It was unusual to have about 6 interviewers, though only one spoke. Given my past experience with legal nonprofits and the potential for burnout, I inquired about their strategies for preventing it among employees, but they had no answer, which raised a red flag. The entire interview was about 30 minutes long and consisted of a single round. I feel like more rounds are necessary to make a sound staffing decision. Additionally, they never followed up after the interview.

I was a first-year law student interviewing for a summer legal internship. The interview was great! The attorneys seemed really interested in hearing about my background and were very friendly. I got an offer about 2 weeks after.
